Telegram has announced an increase in account lifespan for all users, extending the inactive account auto-delete setting to 1.5 years. This update applies to users of the Android beta version 11.0.1, giving them more time to reactivate their accounts before they are automatically deleted.

Previously, the maximum lifespan was set at 1 year, but Telegram recently implemented a default setting of 1.5 years for all new users.
