High Protein Sushi Bowl π£πͺ
Ingredients:
π 100g rice
π₯© 40g soy medallions
π₯£ 300ml vegetable broth
π₯ 1/2 avocado
π± 2 tbsp kidney beans
π± 2 tbsp chickpeas
π½ 2 tbsp corn
π₯ 1 tbsp pickled ginger
π₯ 1/4 cucumber
π₯ 1 carrot
π§ Salt, pepper
Sauce:
π§ 1 garlic clove
πΏ 1 cm ginger
πΆ 15ml soy sauce
π₯ 60g peanut butter
π§ 20ml water
πΆοΈ 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Toppings:
βͺ Sesame
π₯ Peanuts
πΆοΈ Chili
Preparation:
1. π Cook rice.
2. π± Soak soy medallions in vegetable broth, drain, then fry in oil with pepper.
3. π₯ Cut vegetables.
4. π₯£ Mix all liquid ingredients for the sauce. Grate ginger and garlic, stir in with chili flakes.
5. π² Assemble the bowl.
