​​Thangalpara

Situated 2500 metres above sea level, Thangalpara is a scenic attraction. It has a spherical rock formation which is quite unique and has some spiritual significance in the region. A Sufi Saint, Sheikh Fariduddin, is also believed to have lived on the hill till he died about 8 centuries ago. The stone is believed to be used by the saint. After his death, the stone grew in size. The tomb of the saint is located just next to this unique stone.

​​Kothamangalam

Kothamangalam ([koːd‌ɐmɐŋgɐlɐm]) is a municipality at the foot of the Western Ghats in the Ernakulam district of Kerala, India. It is located 42 km (26.1 mi) east of the district collectorate in Thrikkakara and about 218 km (135.5 mi) north of the state capital Thiruvananthapuram. As per the 2011 Indian census, Kothamangalam has a population of 38,837 people, and a population density of 969/km2 (2,510/sq mi).

Kothamangalam is situated in the eastern part of the Ernakulam district. According to the division of the geographical regions of Kerala, Kothamangalam is in a mid-land region. The general topography is hilly.

The Periyar, the largest river in Kerala, flows through the taluk. There are dams built across the Periyar at Edamalayar, Lower Periyar, and Bhoothathankettu for hydroelectricity generation and irrigation purposes. The current Kothamangalam region was historically known as Malakhachira (മാലാഖച്ചിറ). Kothamangalamar, a small river which flows through the town joins Kaliyar and Thodupuzhayar to form the Muvattupuzhayar, which is the second largest river in Ernakulam.

​​Kochi-Muziris Biennale

An international exhibition of contemporary art, the Kochi-Muziris Biennale started in 2012 as the lead occasion of the KMB Foundation with the support of the government of Kerala. A mix of Indian as well as international artists, all with very different experiences in art, come together to present their artworks in the form of films, paintings, photographs sculptures, sketches, fashion exhibits, music, dance, drama and many more.

​​Sunil’s Wax Museum

Located near the South Street of Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple in Trivandrum, Sunil’s Wax Museum is the very first wax museum of Kerala. Boating of 31 magnificent life- like statues of celebrities and famous personalities, the variety of models range from freedom fighters to soldiers, leaders, sportsmen, politicians, film stars and great kings. Some of the popular statues at the museum include those of Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Great Maharaja of Travancore Sree Chitra Thirunal and Salman Khan etc.

The wax museum is the brainchild of Sunil Kandalloor who is a wax sculptor himself and still creates the statues himself. Opened in 2005, the wax museum draws a large number of tourists from far and wide. One of the top popular sculptures at the museum is that of the South film actor Rajnikanth. A number of people can be seen posing and taking selfies next to these statues. Photography at the museum is allowed and the museum is lately turning out to be one of the top tourist places in Trivandrum.

​​Mattumala

Mattumala is located near nelliyampathy in Palakkad district. Nestled in the greenery of western ghats in the state of Kerala, Mattumala hills are situated around 9 kms from Nelliyampathy. The road enroute view point is beautiful thorugh lush green forest.

Nelliyampathy is a hidden, misty hill station, nestled in the middle of the Nelliyampathy Forest Reserve. Part of the Sahyadri Range, this hill town is rich in coffee, tea and orange plantations, has a 19th-century dam, and is surrounded by shimmering waterfalls.

​​Princess Street Kochi

Popularly known as Loafer’s Corner, Princess Street is a quaint street in Kochi loaded with the vibrancy and grandiose of the old world charm. Located in the heart of the city, the place is an amalgamation of ancient times and the new. It is littered with clubs and cafes and is the life of the party animals and socialites.

Dotted with umpteen European homes built in the Dutch, British, French, and Portuguese styles, the grand style street reminds one of the colonial eras. ​​Thaikal Beach

Located in Cherthala, north of Alleppey, Thaickal Beach is a wide sandy beach known for its serene atmosphere and beautiful sunset. Apart from the narrow roads, which might be a hassle to park your vehicle, the beach is easily accessible by road. Thaikal beach isn't too crowded; you'll mostly find fishers and locals; hence, there are no lifeguards or other facilities; you'll need to walk ahead for 2 kms to find local shops and stores. A day's tour to the beach and Arthunkkal church in Cherthala will be a good experience.

​​Aspinwall House

Aspinwall House, located in Fort Kochi, is a historic colonial-era mansion that played a significant role in the region's trade history. Situated 8 km off Ernakulam is the Greenix village where various art forms of Kerala are practiced and developed. Every evening witnesses a mixed performance of Kathakali- the dance drama form of Kerala, Kalaripayattu- an aesthetic martial art form, audio-visual history at the in-house museum and Indian classical music in this cultural centre.

​​Kammadam Sacred Grove Wildlife Sanctuary

Kammadam Sacred Grove Wildlife Sanctuary represents a fascinating blend of sacredness and nature. Rich in variety of flora and fauna, this place is also linked with Bhagavathi Temple.

​​Kowdiar Palace

Kowdiar Palace is a significant historical and architectural landmark located in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala. ​​Subhash Park

Popularly known as Subhash Park, the Subhash Chandra Bose Park is situated along Marine Drive in Kochi, Kerala. The park, which overlooks the serene backwaters of Vembanad Lake and Kochi Harbour on one side and a bunch of trees on the other, is an excellent place for people to come and relax.

The park serves as an excellent relaxing space amidst the city and is a wonderful place for walking, jogging or just sitting and watching the sunset and the ships sail by. It was opened by Rajarishi Rama Varma, a Maharaja, and is also known for its many birds. It also houses sculptures made in the 1990s during a workshop for renowned sculptors, though many are unfortunately in ruins now. ​​Paithalmala

Paithalmala is a hill station in the Kannur district of Kerala in India, located near Pottenplave. At a height of 4500 ft above from sea level, it is the highest geographic peak in Kannur. It is located 40 km from Taliparamba and 65 km from Kannur. Nestled in the Kerala Karnataka border near to Kodagu forests, it lies in the Western Ghats. Paithalmala is a popular trekking destination. ​​Vasco da Gama Square

Vasco da Gama Square is a popular seaside promenade located in Fort Kochi, Kerala. It offers a scenic view of the Arabian Sea and is famous for its Chinese fishing nets, which create a picturesque sight, especially during sunset. The square is lined with street food vendors selling local delicacies, making it a favorite spot for both tourists and locals. It also has historical significance, named after the famous Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama, who was the first European to reach India by sea.

Sakthikulangara is a zone and neighbourhood situated at the coastal area of the city of Kollam in Kerala India. It is one among the 6 zonal headquarters of Kollam Municipal Corporation. Sakthikulangara is situated where Ashtamudi Lake confluence with the Arabian Sea. It is 7 km north from the core Kollam City and 31 km away from Paravur town.
