Paneer Tikka
Ingredients:
• 250g Paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp oil
• Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to make a thick marinade in a bowl.
Step 2: Coat the paneer cubes with this marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Skewer the marinated paneer and brush with oil.
Step 4: Grill or bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden and charred.
Step 5: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with mint chutney.
