India and USA has signed the following foundational agreements so far.
# India has signed three of the four foundational or enabling agreements with the U.S.
* General Security of Military Information Agreement (GSOMIA), which is for
information safety, was signed in 2002.
* The Logistics Exchange Memorandum of Agreement (LEMOA), was signed in 2016.
* COMCASA would facilitate access to advanced defence systems and enable India to optimally utilize its existing U.S.-origin platforms. It was signed at the 2+2 dialogue in 2018.
# The agreement not yet signed between USA and India.
* Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement for Geo-spatial Cooperation (BECA).
