Hyundai gears up for India's biggest IPO ever❗

This IPO could be India's largest ever, surpassing LIC's ₹21,000 crore IPO in 2022.

Parent company Hyundai will sell 17.5% of the company shares with the IPO.

This will be the first car manufacturer IPO in India since Maruti Suzuki in 2003.

Hyundai Motor India, the country's second-largest car manufacturer, aims for a $30 billion valuation.

It follows closely behind Maruti Suzuki, valued at $43 billion.

Hyundai boasts a diverse portfolio with 13 passenger vehicle models across various powertrains.

India is Hyundai's 3rd largest market

It is supported by a vast network of 1,366 sales outlets and 1,550 service centers in 1,031 cities.

The company has a production capacity of 8.2 lakh units at its Chennai plant.

It is expected to reach 9.94 lakh units per annum by FY 2026 with the Talegaon plant.

This expansion underscores Hyundai’s growth ambitions in India.

Financially, Hyundai India ended FY23 with revenue of ₹60,307.58 crore and profits of ₹4,709.25 crore.

Bajaj Housing Finance has filed a DRHP with SEBI for a ₹7,000 Cr IPO.

It comprises a ₹4,000 Cr fresh issue and a ₹3,000 Cr Offer For Sale (OFS) by Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Bajaj Housing Finance aims to enhance their capabilities in a booming Indian housing finance market projected to grow at 13-15% CAGR from 2023 to 2027.

Founded in 1960, NBCC is a leading construction firm known for its civil engineering expertise.

As of March 2024, the government held a 61.75% stake in the company.

NBCC recently secured orders worth around ₹879 Cr, driving the surge in its stock price.

NBCC, a debt-free company with strong government backing due to its Navratna status.

They lead in prefabrication technology and enhance sustainability with eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient designs, boosting their innovation efforts.

NBCC's stock has surged by 40.60% over 3 months, 93.98% over 6 months, 274.37% over 1 year, and 174.49% over 5 years.

Borosil Scientific now has four main divisions:

Borosil Scientific's financial performance saw a modest growth

Revenue increased 9% from ₹325.82 Cr in FY23 to ₹355.15 Cr in FY24.

Net profit also increased marginally by 3.25% from ₹30.47 Cr to ₹31.46 Cr over the same period.

Borosil Scientific's stock initially listed 83% higher but has dropped 10% to ₹140.6 over the past month.

While Borosil Ltd. stock has declined 9.8% in the same period, and 25.69% in the past 1 Year, to ₹327.5 📉
