Your account -> Download an archive of your data -> password -> sms code -> Request data button -> waiting notified email -> Download data

2. Telegram

Settings -> Export Telegram Data -> Export

3. Facebook

Settings & privacy -> Settings -> Your Facebook information -> Download your information-> View-> Create file
