Well everyone of us wants to change some habits in us someone wants to change their habit of using too much phone , someone wants to change their habit of an unhealthy lifestyle, someone wants to change the way they speak and much more
BUT HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?? HOW LONG DO YOU WORK ON IT ??
Humans are really impatient we want change within hour like someone wasted their whole day using phone the very next moment they think about changing this habit gets motivated and determined but BOOM the next day you keep on doing same and then regretting
NO MIRACLE IS GOING TO HELP YOU CHANGE THOSE BAD HABIT OF YOURS
You can't leave those bad habits in a week it takes month but till then we all loose our so called motivation

First days start by 10 mins then 20 mins and thne 30 min you don't have to use all the forces and power only in one day
Make small little changes
CHANGES THAT
seem small and unimportant at first will compound into remarkable changes if you stick with them for years I read somewhere that ice Doesn't melts unless it reaches it's melting point so just like that you won't get results until and unless you reach that point
You won't see those lil changes just in a day or a week or maybe a month it will take years but that doesn't mean your hardwork is being wasted NO it's been collected you hardwork is getting collected and when it finally reaches it point you'll get the result
