💰 Bernstein Sees Bitcoin at $150K

Bernstein analysts forecast Bitcoin (BTC) will reach $150,000 by mid-2027, and around $300,000 at the next cycle’s peak in 2029.

The firm is part of AllianceBernstein, which managed approximately $909 billion at the end of July 2026. Analysts cite demand for scarce assets amid high government debt and the risk of further fiat currency depreciation.

📉 Ethereum Nears Cycle Bottom vs Bitcoin

Ethereum is approaching the market cycle bottom relative to Bitcoin, but analysts at CryptoQuant say a reversal is not yet confirmed.

The coin trades 17% below its realized price, the average cost of ETH in circulation. Out of five key metrics studied, only two have reached previous low levels.

Selling pressure is easing, and the share of Ethereum in staking has hit 34%.

However, the market-to-realized value ratio (MVRV) remains above levels typical for past bottoms. Analysts have not yet observed final market participant capitulation.

❕ Money market funds saw record outflows of $172.2 billion last week.

This outflow is 320% above the average April weekly outflow of $41 billion over the past four years. The four-week moving average of withdrawals dropped to $30.0 billion, the largest since early 2024.

Some of the withdrawn funds moved into other assets, with $11.3 billion flowing into equity funds and $7.9 billion into bond funds. Gold and crypto funds each attracted $1.2 billion in inflows.

The outflows were likely influenced by tax-related cash withdrawals, as April typically sees increased cash movements for tax payments.
