RULE02: “Both” and “not” cannot be used together. In such case, we can use “Neither…nor” which is used when we want to say that two or more things are not true.
Examples:-
(I) Neither Ram nor Shyam is going to visit this place. ✅
(II) This is a war which neither side can win. ✅
#NOTE: “Neither” allows use to make a negative statement about two people or things at the same time. “Neither” goes before singular countable nouns. We use it to say “not either” in relation to two things.
