An alternative can be to make a group of friends appearing for Mains and write on a daily basis. Hum logo ne bhi Mains k time pe aise hi kia tha, aur uska bahot fayda mila.

My dear friends, Good Evening,

Welcome to the LAST Night before the exam. I am sure you have prepared enough for the exam. Yet , there always remains a "WHAT IF" factor. You have to overcome this SELF DOUBT.

In this regard please try to understand few things with respect to the CSE ( PRE) which are the Learnings from past Experience.

1. The exam is also a test of your TEMPERAMENT along with knowledge. UPSC want you to know your STRENGTH and they wants just 50- 55% correct answers. So No Need To Panic even if you don't know around 10-15 initial questions. Skim through the pages and JUMP to your strength area and Start paper from there. Till then maintain your calm.

2. ⁠Usually most of us don't know more than 40 questions in the exam. Rest all the questions we have to manage then and there.So, even if you are sure of answering between 30-40 or even less in FIRST GO have faith in your ELIMINATION skills. Anwer all those questions where you have Eliminated atleast two options.


3. ⁠In the last I will suggest that please DON'T take exam too lightly JUST FOR PRACTICE type especially those who are First timers.

4. ⁠A simple advice for those who are not NEW to the process. Please avoid the BAGGAGE of last experiences. EVERY ATTEMPT IS A NEW ATTEMPT. Just give your best on the day.

5. ⁠ Please do not take Csat paper too lightly. Try to maximise on your strength area during the exam. Please attempt as many question as you can, rather than thinking of just getting 70 marks.
