You need to uninstall the mentioned google bloatwares first.
Click on the package names on the webpage, it will open the play store page. If You don't see an uninstall button, Disable play protect in play store settings.
then you will see the Uninstall Button, Uninstall it & install the spoof apk.
GOOGLE AR is preinstalled in Many Phones, So You cant uninstall it directly.
Some might say, uninstall via ADB , And then install, but Nope. That won't happen because adb install from your user partition but the system app remains in your system & vendor partition. So Don't try that.
