Chickpea Curry
Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked chickpeas
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 inch ginger, grated
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 ½ tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Fresh cilantro for garnish
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until fragrant.
Step 2: Add onions, garlic, and ginger; cook until golden.
Step 3: Stir in tomatoes, spices, and cook until soft.
Step 4: Add chickpeas, salt, and 1/2 cup water; simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
