Uurja Dates Announced!

If you've got in you to become a Leader, have shown the capability by leading existing Clubs, Societies, Chapters, Committees, the DSW Office is offering students a chance to be the face of the department that holds a gamut of opportunities for professional development. The DSW Ambassadors are an integral part of student connect and work with the DSW office to plan new initiatives & be the change agent within our student community. You should have no active backlogs, no disciplinary case against you, and a min CGPA of 6.5.

Traffic Diversion Alert: During the IMA Passing Out Parade (10-14 December 2024), traffic will be diverted as follows. Please plan your travel accordingly. Kindly leave early to avoid traffic snarls:

10/12: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
12/12: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM
13/12: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM
14/12: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

🚫 IMA Zone: No traffic allowed (Zero Zone).
🔄 Diversions:

1. Ballupur → Premnagar via Rangharwala & Mithi Beri.
2. Premnagar → City via Shimla Bypass & Niranjanpur.
3. Selaqui/Bhaunwala → City via Dhoolkot, Singhniwala, Nayagaon.
4. Dehradun → Vikasnagar: Heavy vehicles via Shimla Bypass to Dharmawala.

Lost ID Cards

If you have lost your ID card recently, you need to complete the formalities of getting a Duplicate ID, get a stamp/sign/approval on the photocopy of the duplicate ID form from the DSW Office, and proceed to the exam control rooms mentioned above for further approvals by the Exam Superintendent.


Important Notification Regarding Hall Tickets, End Sem Exams, Seating Plan and ID Cards (Please ask all your friends to read the below message carefully)-

1. Hall Tickets are not required. You need to mandatorily have your working UPES ID Cards, with your SAP ID, Name and Photo clearly visible.

2. Seating plan (including Supplementary exams as well), has been uploaded here - https://stu.upes.ac.in/notice.aspx.

3. In case, you have submitted duplicate ID form on Friday and have an exam on Monday, 10:00 AM, please get a stamp/approval from the DSW Office on the photocopy of the duplicate ID form, and proceed to the exam control rooms mentioned below for further approvals by the Exam Superintendent.

4. For any query regarding seating plan, you can visit the exam control rooms -
Kandoli - Room No. 2111
Bidholi - Room No. 3001


5. Any use of unfair means will lead to strict disciplinary action in addition to an F grade in the course. Please ensure that you are not carrying any chits, written material, papers, mobile phones, etc. in the exam hall.

1. Feedback submission has been completed.
2. No disciplinary issues are pending.
3. All fees have been paid.
