Rules for Fed and even the Fed Admins (Reformed as of 1 June 2023)
• You should not lift the ban for at least 48 Hours once an fban is initiated.
(Exceptional case - Accidental Fban, but should be mentioned in that case)
• There should be no ban without logs or proof of some sort, it is mandatory, acceptable even if it is sent in Fed Admins Group.
(Exceptions - NSFW, Raid, Pedophilia)
• Misbehaviour isn't tolerated, you should respect other fed admins and their decisions and keep personal grudges/things aside.
• Fbanning innocent users for personal reasons or grudges isn't acceptable either, this will first get you a warning and then a demotion in the fed.
(This is applicable just in case a user reports that the ban isn't fair to either

@saitama_96, also we'll be the judges if the ban was personal or not)
• If a user wants to cross question or sort out an argument, the admin who banned the user should be active and reply to the user and sort it out in Unban Request Group. If the matter is escalated, there will be a collective call with discussion amongst fed admins)
• For Fbans which are permanent, make sure to add a [Permanent] or (Permanent) Tag as an updated reason or after your reason.
Example:
If a user is harassing you or constantly spamming you, fban again and add (Multiple Unban Requests - Permanent) as the updated reason.
• Incase Permanent tag is added to fban, no one will lift the ban at all.
• We're leaving the choice on our admins to unban, since we respect their decision of banning in the first place. Only the admin who has banned should unban, incase the user feels that the admin's decision is unfair/injustice has happened, a poll will be pinned or a discussion between admins will happen and the call will be taken
• We ban based on your actions, regardless of your popularity in the community, even if you're so called "popular", doesn't mean we'll spare you for actions. Incase you ban us in your feds as revenge, you'll be permanently banned and no one will tolerate you. Plus if the matter is escalated to an extreme extent, we'll post a clarification regarding your matter on our Announcement Channel.
