The playback issue on YouTube has been fixed with the Spoof streaming data.
If you have playback issues, turn on the settings in the following path:

Reason: Now the latest recommended version is 19.44.39 but there are some features like "old seekbar thumbnails" which will only work on v19.16.39 .Important Note :
• So I'm also providing v19.16.39 as an alternative for those who wanna use that feature or If google will roll out some weird A/B tests on your account in future while using v19.44.39.
