I found a way to run Internet Explorer on Windows 11.
Because if you try to run IE by typing iexplore.exe in the Win+R box, it will just tell you it is not supported.
BUT.
Windows 11 supports a file format called HTA files (.hta), and those files are just HTML code... run in some modified Internet Explorer. But you don't see the IE UI, you only see what the app contains, you can't know you're in IE.
But, if you link to some page in the HTA's code, it will open the link in Internet Explorer!
Here's the text you can copy in an HTA file to run IE :
IE runner
You can use this app to launch Internet Explorer on Windows 11
Click me to run Internet Explorer
