For those whose result has

been withheld by SSC -

Photo/Signature/Biometrics Mismatch - These are the most possible reasons of withelding the results by SSC.

You must do 2 things -

1. File an RTI mentioning all your details in it and asking the reasons of withelding your result.

2. Visit your Regional Headquarters with all your documents and write an application mentioning your issue and take a receiving from there. Try to meet someone who is at a Good Post there and discuss your issue with him. Don't forget to take the receiving of your application.

As per previous records, SSC will re-verify your details or may call you once in regional headquarters for re-verification.

This process may take time upto 6 Months. If everything goes well in re-verification, they will publish the results of withheld candidates after verification of all or as much candidates as they can. If failed in re-verification, the candidature may be cancelled.

Hope for the best and If you are eligible for CGL 2025, prepare for it whole heartedly, as it is quite possible that publishing results after re-verification process may take upto years.

In CHSL 2020, SSC published the result of withheld candidates after 2 years.

So anything can happen but there are 99.99% chances that you will be getting a job in the end if everything goes well.
