Chicken chops with mushrooms, cheese and tomatoes

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet
Champignons
Tomato
Cheese
Egg
2 tbsp. flour
Salt
Pepper
Garlic

Method:
1. Chop chicken fillet finely.
2. Do the same with tomato as well.
3. Chop mushrooms into small pieces and fry over medium heat without oil. Stew for 7-8 minutes continuously stirring.
4. Add tomatoes, grated cheese, egg, flour, cooled mushrooms without liquid, salt, pepper and your favorite spices to chicken. Mix everything well.
5. Heat a frying pan greased with olive oil.
6. Fry on each side for 4-5 minutes on just above medium heat.

Ginger Christmas biscuits

100g of sugar
120g of golden syrup
50ml of milk
65g of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
250g of plain flour

Melt the butter with the milk, golden syrup and sugar in a saucepan then leave to cool to room temperature

Sieve the flour and mix with the spices and bicarbonate of soda on a clean work surface

Make a well in the middle and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined then wrap in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C/gas mark 6

Remove the dough from the fridge. Lightly flour the work surface and roll to a thickness of about 4mm

Cut your preferred shapes out using pastry cutters, transfer to a lined baking tray and bake for 5–6 minutes

Leave to cool before decorating with the icing

Method:β €
1. Cut the puff pastry into two pieces. Cut out a Christmas tree on one of the pieces.
2. Then put the finished tree on the second piece and do the same.
3. Spread one of the pieces with Nutella, and then cover it with the second puff pastry piece.
4. Cut the rays on both sides of the resulting tree and twist them. Cut out a star and decorate the Christmas tree.
5. Place on a baking tray, brush with egg and bake in the oven at 180Β°C for 20 minutes.
6. Take it out of the oven and use M&M's as toys to decorate.

Pesto Spaghetti

- 80g Fresh Basil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 30g Pine Nuts
- 60g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2g Salt
- 40g Parmesan Cheese

Additional:
- Your choice of Spaghetti
- Extra Parmesan for garnish
