Inauguration of New Advanced 1010 kVa MW Electric Generator at SSSIHMS, Prasanthigram | Dec 18, 2024With the Divine Blessings of Bhagawan, an advanced 1010 KVA diesel generator was inaugurated at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences at Puttaparthi this morning by the Managing Trustee of Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust - Sri RJ Rathnakar in the presence of Dr Gurumurthy (Director, SSSIHMS - PG) and senior functionaries of the hospital.
Acquired at a cost of ₹95 lakh, the state-of-the-art Cummins 1010kVa generator, assembled by Powerica, is a significant upgrade to the existing backup power systems. It ensures uninterrupted power supply to critical patient care areas, allowing seamless healthcare services, even during power outages.
Speaking on the occasion, Sri Rathnakar emphasized the hospital’s unwavering commitment to serving humanity through continuous improvements in infrastructure.
