The Palestinian in RTÉ's latest asylum sob story has been raising some eyebrows.
RTÉ tell us that Haneen Alkahlout and her two children from Gaza
joined father Hazem Malaka in Ireland this month on family reunification visas after Hazem was granted refugee status last August, but they've since had trouble finding accommodation (join the queue).
Some are suggesting Hazem could sell his €1,500 Moncler jacket for rent money because it turns out he's been a bit of a jetsetter per his
instagram, travelling the world competing in bodybuilding contests in between splitting his time running a café in Gaza and a
barber shop in South Africa where he raised his family...or should I say his
first family because his
four children in Jo'burg don't resemble the two
younger children he has brought here.
Maybe he's chosen us to offload them.
Also undisclosed by RTÉ is that in 2012, Hazem Malaka
stabbed a soccer star with a pair of scissors outside his barber shop, as if we needed more stabbers.
