In 2025, be kind to yourself on tough days. Celebrate the small victories. Find strength in your "why". Yes, there's still a path ahead, but you're stronger now, wiser, and more resilient.

Whether it’s your first attempt or last, whether you’re preparing in a metro city or a small town - your dream is valid, and your efforts matter. You are the master of your fate, You are the the captain of your soul.


I’m proud to be a part of your journey - sometimes as an elder brother, sometimes as a guide, sometimes as a mentor, and sometimes, simply as Rahul. But at the end you are all my family.

Keep moving forward. Your story of transformation is already being written, and it’s going to inspire many.

Dear Candidate,

This is a reminder that the deadline to submit your online DAF-II is today, 19th December 2024, by 6:00 PM.
Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your candidature.

Kindly request you to ensure the submission of your DAF-II before the stated deadline.

Nothing is more important that this.

Don’t wait till the last moment rush. Every year, a few students face unnecessary stress due to last-minute delays and server issues. Submit your DAF now for your own mental peace.


Also, I have also created an Interview Guidance Group for candidates appearing in the CSE 2024 Interview.

The mains focus is on

- Detailed DAF analysis
- Brainstorming personalized DAF keyword based question (tailored to individual DAFs)
- Opinion-based questions, HR questions, and strategies to address them.
The board will be assessing IAS-like qualities (ILQs) in you, which can be learned and developed with effective preparation.

Hi my Dear Students,

Congratulations once again to all those who have cleared the Mains and are now just one step away from living their dreams.

The Interview stage is very critical - it can either secure you a double-digit rank or knock you out of the final list. That’s why it is extremely important to specifically prepare for the Interview and treat it as seriously as you treat the Prelims and Mains. You cannot approach the Interview without proper preparation.


Although it is known as a Personality Test, the Interview Board will be looking for certain qualities in you, which you need to exhibit effectively through your interaction and DAF.


To help with this, I am creating an Interview Guidance Group for candidates appearing in the CSE 2024 Interview focusing on DAF analysis and related guidance.

Result Day comes with its own weight - a day that tests not just what you've written but also the strength of your heart.

To my all dear students who poured their everything into this attempt, mujhe bahut acche se malum hai aapne apna sab kuch laga diya tha. Lekin ab bas thak gaye ho. You’re extremely tired, drained, lonely, feeling hollow and empty inside.

Maan aur aankhein bhari hongi lekin khul ke ro bhi nahi pa rahe honge. But cry if you need to. Vent out every emotion today. This is the time when you are most vulnerable.

Pata hai, You, as UPSC aspirants, are like oak trees. Like these trees, you stand your ground, firmly rooted in your determination to succeed.

You face numerous challenges - big and small - enduring painful times and shedding tears, yet still standing tall. Some of you are lucky to have friends in the same boat but most of you have to fight this battle all alone.

People throw stones at you when you don't even have any fruits hanging from your branches. People doubt you, criticize you, and question your efforts. But you still keep standing, tolerating everything quietly.

Tonight will be the longest, quietest, and darkest night for you. But don’t let this darkness consume you.

Bas aaj khud ko sambhalna lena. Your strength lies in your perseverance.
Ek raasta band hoga to doosre par kaam karenge, doosra band hoga to teesre par karenge.
Self-assessment karenge, self-analysis karenge, improvement karege aur Jahan kami rahi use door karenge.

Dukhi hona, niraash hona, lekin hataash bilkul bhi mat hona.
Mil ke aage ka kuch na kuch raasta nikal lenge. Ultimately sab kuch thik hona hi hai bas waqt lag raha hai.
