The changing nature and architect of terror outfits in Jammu and Kashmir.
One must have noticed how the name of LeT and JeM has disappeared from the records recently or have a very blur view.
-2019-20 saw the emergence of newly formed terror outfits.
-In 2023, GoI declared them a terror organization under UAPA.
-These terror outfits were TRF and PAFF.
Where did these outfits come out of nowhere? This was a thought through action and plan which was executed smoothly. For a known fact that these outfits are just an extended branch of LeT and JeM, one however has to prove this.
Why an extension?-LeT is a known and globally recognized terror organization which impacts the image of Pakistan and makes it stand in the list of FATF. To clear the name they decided to build new outfits which would appear to be a homegrown resistance force rather than a foreign terror group.
These terror groups, if you see, claim the death of only local terrorists but never the ones who are foreign despite the fact they were operating together. Very smartly they use the words, like liberation, martyr, resistance and more only to give an idea that they are the one fighting against the government and have no connection to Pakistan.
Majority of the terrorists are trained under LeT who associate themselves with TRF and PAFF. TRF introduced PAFF in 2020.
If you want to understand the nature and motive of any war, conflict, organization, follow the money. The money will take you to the motive and to the root cause. How can these so-called homegrown terror outfits have access to arms and ammunition? How have they established themselves out of nowhere? Where are they getting their funds from? Who is running this level of terror activities which are well planned and executed?
These terror outfits are just to showcase the world about the clean image of Pakistan. The establishment, the money/funding, the links, the training ground are the same what changed is the portrayal.
