I think interviews are an unfair mean to judge a person.
Too quick, too short, too limited.
A human is much more complex than an hour of discussion or a resume.
However, due to immense competition and time constraints, interviews have become a common source of selection.
Interviews are a source of insecurity:
What if I, who is capable enough for this selection, fails to impress the interviews in the limited time frame?
What if I make a mistake? A small mistake that is unavoidable may cost me the selection.
My whole life is being judged in a few minutes. How will I express myself the best?
Apart from this, no one knows what the interviewers are looking for; sometimes, people with the most wrong answers are selected over those who answered most correctly. Confusion.
The crux is, somewhere, a meeting of a few minutes decides the course of years and years ahead.
Nervousness in any such event is unavoidable.
So what shall we do?
Don't be too desperate to clear the interview; you can't cast a magic spell over the interviewers. Accept that rejections are an inherent part of life and also a probable outcome. Be prepared to give the interview, to face those interviewers with pride and speak from your heart with pure intentions. Any answer you don't know doesn't represent you, but it is fate; no one knows everything. Who knows if you are being judged how to handle a tiny failure of not having an answer? Just aim at giving the interview as a part of your preparation, you prepared well, and now it's time to evaluate yourself and improve.
Don't make an interview your life. Respect your life beyond such significant events, realise that no matter what, life will keep going, and you will find your way through failures and miseries. Focus on the learnings, it's a significant experience, a lot to learn from and improve in the future.
Before entering the room, remember your loved ones and how important you are to them beyond any checkpoint in life. You matter; above this interaction. Your life was and will be beyond this. Smile and walk inside.
If you need to clear the interview, so do the interviewers need a desirable candidate. It's a requirement of both sides, don't underestimate yourself and overestimate them. If you are at that seat, it's because you deserve to be there. After all, they see a prospective candidate in you. Respect this achievement of being there.
Always have a tiny plan after the interview, a short trip, a movie outing to relax; this will help in reducing stress and making your mind divide focus from stress to joy.
Always be proud of your existence no matter what. No money, success, position, marks, ranks can define you, have a strong identity:
‘I am XYZ; I am important for myself, I have a whole life to live, I respect my life beyond this event or any other things, my failures make me strong, my fighting spirit defines me, I am above any achievement or failure.”
Just step in with a smile and step out with an experience in your pocket.

सफलताओं की कहानियां असफलताओं के इतिहास से जानी जाती है. आप अपनी मिली असफलताओं से मायूस मत होना. हर बार दोगुनी हिम्मत और मेहनत के साथ उठना. हो सकता है ये कठिन हो पर नामुमकिन बिल्कुल नही. और वैसे भी सफलताओं का श्रृंगार सबको ही आकर्षित करता है, अपनों को भी और सपनों को भी.
इस बात को हमेशा ध्यान रखना कि अपने सपनों पर मेहनत सुकून से ही करनी चाहिए, इसमें बात बात पर बेचैनी दिखाना तो अयोग्यता का नाम है. कई बार मंजिल दूर नही होती है, बस रास्ता थोड़ा और धैर्य मांगता है.
