➼ The grand finale of the 7th edition of Smart India Hackathon was held on 12 December at the National Institute of Technology-NIT Srinagar. NIT Srinagar, one of the 51 nodal centers across the country, hosted the grand finale for the first time.

➼ According to the data released by the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation, retail inflation in the country has decreased in the month of November this year. The retail inflation rate has come down from 6.2 percent in the previous month to 5.4 percent in November.
‘सांख्यिकी और कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन मंत्रालय’ द्वारा जारी आंकडों के अनुसार देश में खुदरा मुद्रास्फीति में इस वर्ष नवंबर महीने में कमी आई है। खुदरा मुद्रास्फीति दर पिछले महीने के 6.2 प्रतिशत से घटकर नवंबर में 5.4 प्रतिशत हो गयी है।
