Stuffed mushrooms with spinach and goat cheese glazed with balsamic and cranberries 🧆

🍄‍🟫Ingredients:

✔️Mushrooms
✔️Goat cheese
✔️Spinach
✔️Dried cranberries
✔️Balsamic sauce
✔️Vegetable oil
✔️Salt and pepper

👩‍🍳Preparation:

⏱️Arrange the mushroom caps on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Prepare the stuffing:
Blend goat cheese, chopped spinach and cranberries until smooth.
Stuff the mushrooms:
Spoon a small amount of stuffing into each mushroom cap, pressing lightly to secure.Pour balsamic glaze and bake:Pour a small amount of balsamic glaze over each stuffed mushroom.
