Modi Government Runs Away from Discussion on Adani’s Bribery Scam and Killings of Muslims in Sambhal!
Novembre 27, 2024
On the second day of parliament, the Modi government has once again ran away from discussion on corporate loot of Adani and communal violence on muslims in Sambal by adjourning both houses of parliament.
"The government is afraid to debate on the issue of killing of innocent Muslims in Sambhal at the hands of UP Police. Similarly to protect his crony corporate friend Adani, it is going to the extent of making parliament non functional", said Raja Ram Singh, Member of Parliament and Floor leader CPI ML (L).
The Modi government in the name of privatisation has sold public assets to Adani and when people of India are questioning this loot. The government is willing to go to any extent to run away from accountability. It is ironic that Home Minister Amit Shah has nothing to say on the killing of Muslims in Sambhal. By not allowing any debate on it, what is the government trying to prove", said Sudama Prasad, Member of Parliament from CPI ML (L).
CPI(ML) MP's will continue to raise people's issues in the Parliament and ensure debates happen and accountability is fixed.
