#DGPPunjab visited Jalandhar and Amritsar today to review the law and order situation & held meetings with officers and SHOs from the #Amritsar & #Jalandhar Commissionerates, as well as the districts of Amritsar Rural, Batala, Tarn Taran, Jalandhar Rural, Hoshiarpur, SBS Nagar & Kapurthala to evaluate overall security and policing strategies.

Key focus areas included counter-terrorism, organized crime, drug trafficking, and street crime. Directed officers to adopt professional, tech-driven, and scientific approaches to investigations, ensuring strict action against offenders and securing convictions of accused individuals.

#DGPPunjab reiterated the #PunjabPolice's commitment to a zero-tolerance policy towards crime and emphasized the importance of strengthening community trust to build a safer and stronger Punjab.
