Adani Ports is all set to replace Wipro in BSE Sensex!
This change is announced as part of a regular rebalancing that happens twice a year.
Why is this so significant? 👇
This will be the first time a company from the Adani group, led by Gautam Adani, will be included in the Sensex.
Although Adani Ports was expected to be added to the Sensex in 2023, the Hindenburg saga delayed its inclusion.

This is according to a report by Nuvama Alternative and Quantitative Research.
Wipro, which will be removed from the Sensex, is expected to see a withdrawal of about $161 million (around ₹1350 crores) from these same investors.
