Time for a Reset: Detach, Recharge, Reconnect

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get lost in the constant buzz of social media and screens. But sometimes, the best way to move forward is to take a step back.

📌 Detach from Social Media: Give your mind a break from the constant scroll. Disconnect to reconnect with the present moment.

📌 Unplug from the Screen: Take a break from the digital noise. Let your eyes and mind rest from the glow of screens.

📌 Meditation: Find peace in stillness. Even just a few minutes of mindfulness can clear your mind and reset your energy.

📌 Clean Diet: Fuel your body with nutritious, whole foods that nourish you inside and out. What you eat impacts your mind and mood.

Take time for YOU.

Disconnect to rediscover balance, focus, and clarity.

Sometimes, a pause is all it takes to find your next step. 🌱

Once they’re gone, they’re gone…

Once they’re gone, you’ll wish you’d hugged a little tighter, a little longer.

Once they’re gone, you’ll wish you’d made that phone call you never got around to making.

Once they’re gone, you’ll wish you’d made the effort to just sit with them.

Once they’re gone, you’ll wish you could hear their voice one last time.

Once they’re gone, you’ll regret those silly arguments that will suddenly seem so trivial.

Once they’re gone, you’ll regret not saying sorry when you had the chance.

Once they’re gone, you’ll regret not doing more with them when you had the time.

Once they’re gone, you’ll regret the times you didn’t prioritise them the way you should have.

Once they’re gone, you’ll remember how special they were.

Once they're gone, you'll realise that everything else you were worrying about or trying to get done, didn't even matter.

Don’t ever take for granted what tomorrow will make you wish you hadn’t.

Because once they’re gone, they’re gone…

The most powerful productivity tool ever invented is simply the word "no."

“The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say 'no' to almost everything”.

-Warren Buffet

"Life S.A.V.E.R.S.," a six-step morning routine designed to boost productivity, energy, and happiness.

The S.A.V.E.R.S. stand for:

1. Silence (meditation or prayer)
2. Affirmations (positive self-talk)
3. Visualization (mental rehearsal of goals)
4. Exercise (physical movement)
5. Reading (learning)
6. Scribing (journaling or writing)

The destination doesn’t exist

If you achieve all your dreams:

Dream Branch
Dream income
Dream partner
Dream Home

At the very least, you’ll have to sustain it.

The actions never stop

Fall in love with the process

Get lost in pages of good book!

To make reading a habit, try these simple tips:

1. Choose a physical book: There's something special about holding a hard copy. I prefer hard copy over eBooks. Just love to flip pages and above all love the smell!

2. Designate a reading space: Create a cozy corner where you can escape into your book.
Mine is bedtime and while travelling

3. Keep a pen handy: Note down points, thoughts, and insights as you read.

4. Read before bed: End your day with a calming activity that nourishes your mind and soul. Aim for 20-30 minutes of reading before sleep.

5. Start small: Begin with short book like EAT THAT FROG or IKIGAI

6. Explore different genres: Try fiction, non-fiction, mystery, sci-fi, or any other genre that piques your interest.

7. Make it a ritual: Enjoy a warm beverage like coffee, green tea or soup.

Set aside time each day to get lost in a book. Your mind (and sleep schedule) will thank you!

Happy reading!

Much love
