To make reading a habit, try these simple tips:

Choose a physical book: There's something special about holding a hard copy. I prefer hard copy over eBooks. Just love to flip pages and above all love the smell!

Designate a reading space: Create a cozy corner where you can escape into your book.

Keep a pen handy: Note down points, thoughts, and insights as you read.

Read before bed: End your day with a calming activity that nourishes your mind and soul. Aim for 20-30 minutes of reading before sleep.

Start small: Begin with short book like EAT THAT FROG or IKIGAI

Explore different genres: Try fiction, non-fiction, mystery, sci-fi, or any other genre that piques your interest.
7.
Make it a ritual: Enjoy a warm beverage like coffee, green tea or soup.
Set aside time each day to get lost in a book. Your mind (and sleep schedule) will thank you!
