To anyone relapsing: wishing you extremely well. I've written an escape plan for you. It's a bunch of community resources interlaced with some life stuff. I'm confident that by following it all, you'll find yourself quitting easily. I'm just too busy at the moment to write something up. expect it at some point xx
core understanding: by saying 'my addiction is too powerful' this is brainwashing and a manifestation of link [0] and [5]. porn has no power over you /whatsoever/, but you'll understand what I mean with link [5].

[4] (optional) consuming episode 5 of Netflix program Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On entitled "Take Me Private" will give you a glimpse into Hell.

[9] Sam Harris - start doing waking up introductory course and get into the habit (you can message support for a free year, no questions asked) and do 'working with pain' from the extra meditations
please view in order. it'll probably take you a while, and most people who get given prework by psychologists and the like don't end up doing it, which is a shame. I'm very confident that this will get you free, it's just a series of core understandings that will knock you on the right path. would love to know your thoughts xx
