Adhyatmik Dukha— is related to when you have some Expectations "that person don't do it that person do that if it don't do"
then you feel Dukha and it also happen with vikaras that, kama the loba moha jealousy & overthinking etc. it happens only in mind with mind you are hurting your own self creating on Dukha.
