Gorakhpur, Rajghat:- 10-year-old girl was subjected to molestation and an attempted abduction, which was captured on CCTV, leading to the arrest of the accused, Mohammad Saif from Kothibhar in Maharajganj, now residing in Narainpur, Tiwaripur.
Saif's father mentioned that his son had sustained a head injury years ago affecting his mental state, and he works at their family's puncture repair shop.
The police registered a case under molestation and POCSO Act upon the complaint from the girl's family, and Saif was arrested on Friday.
